Daily Commercial News published an article on a new report by U of T professor Matti Siemiatycki, which recommends the establishment of a Canadian Infrastructure Investment Agencey as “centre of excellence,” to provide evidence-based advice and evaluation for proposed infrastructure projects. The report, commissioned by Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario, is a follow-up to a report that Siematycki presented at an IMFG round-table in April, 2016.
IMFG also published an earlier paper on infrastructure projects written by Matti Siematycki, Cost Overruns on Infrastructure Projects: Patterns, Causes and Cures, in its Perspectives series, in January, 2016.
