The BC Expert Panel on Business Tax Competitiveness has released a report by Enid Slack and Harry Kitchen called “Property Taxes and Competitiveness in British Columbia.” The report helped to inform the Expert Panel’s recommendations to the Government of BC that were submitted on September 17, 2012, and can be found here.
