Conference on Smart Villages: Smart Villages- Financing Services and Infrastructure

Enid Slack, Director, Institute on Municipal Finance and Governance, presented, “Smart Villages- Financing Services and Infrastructure” as part of The Fields Institute Conference on Smart Villages on April 4, 2018. This Fields Institute event featured an interdisciplinary examination of the novel concept of the “smart village” where rural areas and networked infrastructure intersect.
