IMFG is pleased to announce the recipient of the Post-Doctoral Fellowship for 2012-13, Kyle Hanniman. Kyle is in the final stages of completing his Ph.D. and has an MA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research focuses on subnational borrowing.
