On August 29th, IMFG Director Enid Slack chaired a panel discussion at a workshop on “Global Property Tax Issues,” sponsored by the International Property Tax Institute in cooperation with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.

On August 28th, IMFG Director Enid Slack was interviewed in the U of T News bulletin, in an article called “Election fever: what’s money got to do with it?”

IMFG’s Enid Slack and Zachary Spicer, along with Makram Montacer, have published a paper called “Decentralization and Gender Equity” for the Forum of Federations Occasional Papers Series, No. 14.

A part-time Research Assistant (RA) is being sought for a six month period, commencing September 2014. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting a number of IMFG’s exciting research projects and other programs, in issue areas ranging from city finance and governance to transportation funding and big data.
