IMFG paper featured in Torontoist

Professor Alexandra Flynn’s IMFG Paper, (Re)creating Boundary Lines: Assessing Toronto’s Ward Boundary Review Process, was recently featured in Torontoists’ piece entitled “Toronto voters, candidates still unclear on ward boundaries as election draws near.” Professor Flynn’s paper was released by IMFG earlier this year.
